| The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board is recruiting for an Information Technology Policy Specialist 2 in our Office of Information Technology Services headquartered in Harrisburg PA This position serves as the agency technical expert and design agent for Oracle ERP and other application systems and is responsible for the overall technical vision and strategy including determination of technologies to use and identification of the future state of PLCBs IT environment This person will provide highly responsible technical expertise administrative managerial and professional work in longterm design planning configuration implementation and governance of crossorganizational enterprise services processes and components as well as architectural oversight of multiple largescale high impact Agency wide projects and initiatives This position will work with leadership within the Office of Information Technology to ensure the many applications and infrastructure interdependencies are fully aligned with PLCB strategy and business needs This position requires at least one year as an IT Policy Specialist 1 or four years of technical experience in IT resource management or policy analysis work and a bachelors degree in public or business administration policy analysis and planning or a related field which included or was supplemented by 6 college credits in information technology or three years of technical experience in IT resource management or policy analysis work and a masters degree in public or business administration policy analysis and planning or a related field which included or was supplemented by 6 college lever credits in information technology or an equivalent combination of experience and training Salary range is 62181 to 94533 Interested applicants should apply by going online to wwwemploymentpagov From the home page click on job opportunities under nonCivil Service scroll to bottom chart and select IT Policy Specialist 2 Continue to follow online instructions to complete the application and apply online for this position Questions should be directed to Cheryl Sprout at 7177835324 |
