| Company Capsilon is a rapidly growing leading provider of cloudbased document sharing imaging and collaboration solutions enabling companies to complete businesscritical transactions within and across organizations in less time and at lower cost than they could with other alternatives The company delivers its solutions to the Banking Insurance and Financial Services (BIFS) industry replacing cost and timeintensive paperbased work processes with SaaSbased automation technology for secure imaging collaboration workflow distribution sharing archiving auditing and quality control Capsilon has rapidly established itself as a premier provider of cloudbased collaboration and imaging solutions to hundreds of companies including 3 of the top 10 mortgage banks Position Infrastructure Manager Capsilon is seeking a handson infrastructure manager capable of driving our private cloud SaaS infrastructure through massive growth As a critical member of the operations team you will be responsible for management of the production infrastructure including design capacity planning deployment security fault tolerance and overall performance in a rapidly growing 247 multidata center environment Job Responsibilities Manage and support the production infrastructure environment including data centers servers databases storage and networking Provide technical leadership to the remote IT staff in the disciplines of virtualization systems engineering implementation and operations management Direct the creation implementation and administration of processes and procedures to ensure the reliability recoverability and optimum performance of the SaaS infrastructure Develop and maintain standards for monitoring server database storage and network health availability reliability performance capacity planning clustering replication and connectivity with timely production issue remediation Develop a troubleshooting methodology and accurate rootcause analysis strategy to resolve problems that may have multiple system dependencies Participate in the creation and maintenance of the infrastructure architecture Manage the storage infrastructure including performance capacity and availability Plan capacity requirements and recommend solutions for growth and fault tolerance including business continuity and disaster recovery Manage track and report the status of multiple infrastructure projects Frequent travel to domestic data center locations and occasional international travel Qualifications 10+ years direct handson experience with networks servers databases and SAN storage 5+ years experience supporting a multidata center infrastructure in a 247 SaaS environment 3+years experience deploying and managing VMware or HyperV environments 3+ years managing infrastructure staff as a manager or team lead Extensive Knowledge of Dell Cisco and F5 hardware Experience deploying and managing large scale SAN hardware Experience managing and working with offshore teams Knowledge of data center design and experience building out data center floor space Experience developing compliant processes for standards such as SSAE16 SAS70 SOC2 in addition to a working knowledge of ITIL and COBIT Effective problemsolving and diagnostic skills Strong spoken and written English communication skills to include technical writing as well as systemprocess documentation Strong Project Management skills with experience planning and managing largescale efforts Ability to relate to people and effectively communicate under stressful conditions No agencies please |
