| A Cisco Network Engineer is needed to supply outstanding customer service to clients throughout the Houston Metro area The position requires expertise in network assessment focusing on Ciscos architecture for voice video and integrated data Duties include all phases of the project lifecycle including designarchitecture documentation implementation project management and support Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary Must have excellent customer service skills strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills ability to perform work independently andor in a team environment and must be highly motivated and eager to learn Must be comfortable interacting with clients via phone email in person etc Required technical skills Thorough knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Experience in installation configuration and support of Cisco Unified Communications Manager 6x to 9x Unity Connections Communications Manager Express Unity Express Unified Presence and Contact Center Express Endtoend QOS knowledge across a Cisco LANWAN infrastructure Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST) Implementation Knowledge of ASA VPN VoIP and security Knowledge of Cisco wireless including wireless controllers Advanced knowledge of routing protocols including OSPF BGP and EIGRP Minimum 3 Years technical experience CCNA required CCNPVoice or CCIE are a plus General Requirements Be able to legally work in the US Valid drivers license and clean driving record Solid work history Be able to pass a drug and background check Outstanding customer service skills Outstanding organizational and time management skills Exceptional documentation skills Follows directions and asks for help immediately when unclear or unsure Salary 60000 to 90000 plus bonus Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package including section 125cafeteria health dental and vision insurance short and longterm disability dependent life insurance 401K and profit sharing |
