Description A Network Field Technician to supply outstanding customer service to clients throughout Texarkana and the surrounding area As an Engineer you will work independently and in team environments to provide IT solutions for customers business critical networks You will maintain implement analyze troubleshoot and repair computer systems hardware and computer peripherals You will also document hardware and software systems You will also support and maintain user account information including rights security and systems groups As the Team Manager you will be responsible for supervising other engineers in the Texarkana office Duties include all phases of the project lifecycle including designarchitecture documentation implementation project management and support Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary Must have excellent customer service skills strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills ability to perform work independently andor in a team environment and must be highly motivated and eager to learn Must be comfortable interacting with clients via phone email in person etc Our Engineers enjoy an exciting work environment that requires quick thinking skills and firm knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Microsoft Server Firewall Support and Network Experience Required technical skills 5 + years NetworkSystems Engineer experience MCSEMCITP Enterprise Administrator in progress or completed required Proficient with Microsoft Active Directory 2003 2008R2 Proficient with Microsoft Exchange 2003 2010 Troubleshooting multisite Active Directory 20032008R2 environments Knowledge of VMware ESX 4x 5xVMware View as well as experience working with iSCSI SAS or Fiber SANs TCPIP DNS DHCP setup and troubleshooting Group Policy implementation Microsoft Exchange design installation migrations and maintenance Enterprise Backup methods including Symantec Backup Exec software Additional Requested Skills Knowledge of Cisco routing and switching including routing protocols Knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications and Wireless Knowledge of firewallVPN setupconfigurationtroubleshooting (Foritgate and Cisco ASA a plus) General Requirements Be able to legally work in the US Valid drivers license and clean driving record Solid work History Be able to pass a drug and background check Outstanding customer service skills Outstanding Organizational and Time Management Skills Exceptional documentation skills Follows directions and asks for help immediately when unclear or unsure Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health dental and vision insurance short and longterm disability dependent life insurance 401K and profit sharing
