| POSITION PURPOSE The Net developer must have programming skills utilizing C and NET technologies Must be able to consistently perform at a high level and utilize best practices to create stable and reliable software components The Net developer must have the ability to integrate and work with existing team under tight deadlines Ability to adapt to changes in requirements and work with BA team to meet customer needs This position will include maintaining existing and developing new software for our internal systems RESPONSIBILITIES bull Strong Analytical and communication skills bull Application development and maintenance to existing systems on a variety of technical platforms bull Participate in systems design sessions with users and business analysts to develop complete specifications that consider impacts to all systems bull Assist the application support desk team in troubleshooting and resolving application system errors bull Participate in programmer on call rotation during and after business hours bull Identifies and pursues opportunities associated with new and evolving technologies and their ability to impact the business bull Maintains a high level of personal commitment and accountability to the business with a focus on quality and customer service bull Ability to work in a team environment and communicate in a positive manner to team members peers customers and external vendor bull Provide regular time tracking and project feedback data as requested Essential Functions The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job and should not be construed as an allinclusive list of position responsibilities POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education Experience A Bachelorrsquos Degree in Computer Science MIS or equivalent Related work experience can be substituted for educational requirement Job Related Experience NET Developers with 57 Years experience VS 2010C Programming WPFXAML WCF services LINQ and ASPNET Web and Windows Programming RDLC Prism Framework MVVM Architecture Added Value Designing and Styles in WPF experience needed Windows forms and WEB Forms application development SQL Server 20052008 Need a strong Data relations knowledge Functional Area SkillsKnowledge sect Integrity and Trust Is widely trusted is seen as a direct truthful individual can present the unvarnished truth in an appropriate and helpful manner keeps confidences admits mistakes doesnrsquot misrepresent himherself for personal gain sect Written Communications Is able to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles can get messages across that have the desired effect sect Business Acumen Knows how businesses work knowledgeable in current and possible future policies practices trends and information affecting hisher business and organization knows the competition is aware of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace |
