| CyberSource a Visa company is a global leader in eCommerce Payment Management As part of CyberSources continued growth and expansion we are looking for talented articulate and bright individuals who want to make a difference CyberSource has been and continues to be a pioneer within the eCommerce Payment Management world CyberSource offers a fullservice payment management platform for ecommerce merchants combining global payment processing fraud management and payment security systems The Product Support Engineering team is a Tier 3 customer support team tasked with supporting online merchants using all CyberSource Enterprise products and services Candidates will be expected to handle escalated case tickets work with other teams inside and outside the Customer Support organiztion provide product training and interface with customers on an asneeded basis Responsibilities Troubleshooting escalated technical problems Escalating issues to Product Development Product Management andor Operations teams and managing their resolution Building internal supportrelated tools and documentation Participating in requirements design and roll out of new products and services Interfacing with both direct and reseller customers Representing Customer Support to other departments in the company including sales operations product management and product development Creating editing and distributing customer notifications Taking part in the afterhours oncall rotation usually for one week at a time every 68 weeks Job Requirements 2 years minimum experience indepth technical experience such as Tier 3 technical support software development or backend web development Experience working with such technologies as Windows Unix Linux Java CC++ SQL ASP Visual Basic VBScript DBMS andor XML Experience working directly with customers via phoneemaileTicketing systems Prior Technical or Customer Support experience is preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong problems solving skills Prior experience with online payment risk management or pointofsale transaction technologies is preferred Bachelors degree in Computer Science MIS EE CE or equivalent experience Apply Here httpwwwClick2Applynet52s52kn |
