| Essential Duties and Responsibilities PROCESSESPROCEDURESQUALITY CONTROL Follow CSI defined show process for all the websites you maintain Follow CSI defined testing rules and standards Follow CSIrsquos formal escalation policy Work with the appropriate show team members to ensure show objectives are being achievedmiddot Participate in the continual improvement of processes and applications and the development of new processes and applications Enter show task information into EZLabor time recording system accurately and on time ANALYSIS Update websites (text changes graphic changes and some programming) with strict quality standards Participate in meetings with CSI internal technical staff to analyze clientrsquos show requirements participate in the development of custom registration solutions for client GOAL SETTING Set attainable measureable and timebased goals provide measurement results to management on a quarterly basis EXPECTATIONS Selfsufficient within 1 year of your hire date this means not needing regular guidance from your supervisor Meet all WP deadlines per the Production Schedule and internal show requests as deadlines can be missed due to unforeseen issues on the part of CSI or client formally communicate potential missed deadlines to your supervisor and team members Fully understanding your role and the roles of all the show team members Stay abreast of new CSI products and services Formally notify your supervisor of situations that may affect CSIrsquos ability to provide superior service to our clients by adhering to defined escalation processTimely delivery of all show requests and the quality of the work being delivered Formally communicate potential missed deadlines to your supervisor and team members in a timely fashion Understand the clientrsquos needs and offer solutions that fit within our current productservice offering Formally request support from your supervisor when needed Will perform other duties as assigned Key Performance Evaluation Measures Satisfied clients per client survey results Satisfied supervisor per little corrections needed to revisions completed Following defined show process and meeting deadlines Effective communication and collaboration with show team members Following proper testing procedure Meeting your goals Job Requirements (Education Work Experience Certifications Skills) Bachelorrsquos Degree in Computer Science or proven comparable work experience in Computer Science or a related field is required Knowledge in HTML web forms JSP pages Ingres database or similar relational database experience is required SQL and Java experience a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently to meet a teamrsquos common goals are a must Must be able to apply available technologies to overcome obstacles and execute the needs of the client CompuSystems offers a competitive salary and a generous benefits package including major medical and dental insurance company paid life insurance 401(k) wComatch paid vacation and paid holidays We foster a collaborative supportive and creative work environment and we love to promote from within We are located near expressways and major thoroughfares CompuSystems is an EOE by choice |
