Job Description

AssuraMed is looking for an Oracle HR Business Analyst to join our IT team supporting AssuraMed Oracle ERP footprint Candidate will be required to liaison with other analysts and with Business Finance team to support and lead upcoming projects in Oracle HR domain The support will cut across all the HR functional areas including Talent Management Recruitment HR Operations and Compensation etc In addition candidate will drive initiatives associated with improving and streamlining some of these operations This role requires sound business process knowledge in order to understand the business priorities and provide with the appropriate solutions Primary Duties Manage system support to identify provide technical expertise track and resolve system issues with users resources and vendors Work with user representatives in creation of requirement definitions conceptual designs of assigned projects Works closely with Business SMEs in the definition testing training implementation and support of functional requirements Provide recommendations to address and resolve business issues in HR Research tools to identify those that can best help serve the needs of business Plan and organize tasks reports progress manages and coordinates with consultantscontractors for implementations Actively participate in Payroll and HR planning activities Develop solutions to leverage Oracle applications functionality for the HR areas and suggest process improvements Ability to provide leadership guidance and direction to a project team with varied skill levels Guides technical team in the development of reports conversions interfaces and extensions for Oracle Applications Setup and maintain Oracle Applications HRMS Payroll Self Service Incentive Comp and Advanced Benefits modules Understand and modify Application Configuration as required (includes system setups flexfields workflow custom library profile options etc) Develop test plans test cases test scripts and performs functional testing Develop and maintain documentation like MD050s CV040s BR100s etc Experience with data extraction using SQL adhoc reporting manipulation of raw data creation and updating of pivot tables and metrics presentations Define implement and enforce standards and methodologies that pertain to quality consistency and accuracy of project design development testing and implementation Must have a bachelorrsquos degree in IT Information Systems Technology Engineering Science or related fields Experience 5 + years of Oracle EBS system implementation experience required Experience in Oracle HR Payroll Advanced benefits Incentive Comp OTL and Self Service HR Process Knowledge in areas of Payroll Compensation and Benefits and Recruitment Knowledge of Oracle Financial modules a plus Business Analysis experience across all phases of the solution delivery process and at least two end to end projects experience Solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment with the capacity to handle confidential information and escalate issues effectively Ability to think strategically and informinfluence senior managers on business opportunities and risks Ability to identify and resolve issues independently in a rapidly changing environment at times taking initiatives in ambiguous circumstances Strong analytical problem solving skills
