Job Description
| Performs a variety of complex and specialized clerical functions within the Human Resource department Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining comprehensive employee records and files preparing standard reports gathering information from several sources researching and reconciling errors entering data into a computerized Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and creating and maintaining activity logs Provides training and instruction to DMC leadership andor designees regarding employee records transactions Performs manual activities as needed such as calculations and reconciliations to process specific HR Program provisions Works as a team member and demonstrates behavior consistent with the DMCs Customer Service Standards As a customerfocused HR representative must be accessible flexible knowledgeable and responsive to customers and team members requests |
