| Maysteel LLC specializes in designing engineering and manufacturing custom precision OEM sheet metal enclosures electrical cabinets and metal fabricated assemblies Its product solutions are widely used in the selfservicevending storage and computing utility industrial power generation and distribution industries to name a few Maysteel specializes in providing the lowest total product cost by employing design for manufacturability (DFM) solutions throughout the product lifecycle Under the general guidance of the IT Manager this positions role is to support the stable operation of our business systems Responsibilities will include planning installing configuring and maintaining all business critical systems on the network This individual will also assist the Network Engineer to plan design install configure and maintain all network hardware software and communication systems while ensuring minimal network and systems downtime The Systems Admin will also serve at times as our first and secondlevel internal Help Desk contact and perform a variety of other operational tasks including hardware and software documentation Requires Associates degree or equivalent from twoyear college or technical school in IT related field and 12 years related experience andor training or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor degree preferable Relevant industry Certifications (MCSE CCNA A+ Network+ ) or progress towards preferred Proven customer service skills required Advanced knowledge of Microsoft server and PC operating systems required Working knowledge of Microsoft productivity software SharePoint and CAD software is a plus Help desk software proficiency preferred Aboveaverage communication and listening skills required Exceptional written and oral communication skills Strong organizational skills Highly selfmotivated and directed Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and selfdevelopment In return for your contributions and dedication to our success we offer competitive wages an outstanding benefits package For more information about Maysteel LLC visit wwwmaysteelcom Apply online httpwwwmaysteelcomjob_listingtechnicalsupportspecialist No Phone Calls Please Equal Opportunity Employer |
