| For over 30 years Adplex has provided our clients with print advertising expertise and services designed to positively impact their organizations These services include three Software Systems a centralized webbased digital asset management system a templatebased advertising tool used to create and manage advertising collateral and a promotions management system that streamlines the ad production process We are hiring a Software Business Systems Support person who will join our Account Services Team in Greensboro North Carolina to support our Software Systems The right candidate for this opportunity has Project Management experience integrating IT and business solutions and understands software programs as well as workflow processes Responsibilities include Strategic Support Support existing customers and participate in discovery sessions demos and integration of new customers Participate in strategic and tactical planning of ongoing development plans Project Management Involvement in strategy meetings designed to document detailed project plans Involvement with the team providing business requirements and technical specifications to the programming team Work with external resources vendors subcontractors and client participants Required Skills Proven client service skills supporting software systems Detail oriented with strong analytical skills Effective business and technical verbal and written communication Project management product deployment and change management Understanding and experience with workflow process requirements Technical aptitude as a liaison between IT programmers and clients Technical aptitude for implementing and managing software applications Experience with user training customer service and formatting of user guides Ability to make presentations and demos to prospects and existing clients Experience with business and project management software applications Ability to participate in creation of data flow diagrams internal design documents business process flow diagrams and detailed specifications Ability to participate in software test debug and documentation processes Ability to travel to client sites when necessary The Following Preferred Skills are a plus but not required Experience with database management development applications and platforms including MS SQL C ASPNet HTML JavaScript Experience with both Mac and PC platforms Experience in general IT and networking Understanding of applications and processes used in graphics page composition and creative design Ability to prepare and present detailed Statement of Work documents Education Requirements Bachelorrsquos Degree with Major in Business Computer Science Information Technology or related fields Adplex offers an excellent work environment and good benefits including company paid life accidental death core short term and long term disability insurance as well as a 401(k) plan In addition team members can elect to purchase numerous insurance benefit options including medical dental vision additional life and long term care Forward your resume to resumeadplexcom mailtoresumeadplexcom Please visit our website at wwwadplexcom httpwwwadplexcom to learn more about our great company We look forward to hearing from you |
