| The Systems Administrator will be responsible for the daytoday maintenance of our network equipment at our office and offsite facility participation in the installation of new softwarehardware maintenance of backup systems and ensuring compatibility of installed softwarehardware Resolving system incompatibilities and inconsistencies troubleshooting softwarehardware problems and identify implement and document system fixes are additional key aspects of the position ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS bull Prior experience as a Systems Administrator with recent Windows 2008 and Exchange 2010 SQL Server 2008 Sharepoint 2010 and VMWare ESXi 50 and above vSphere experience bull Working knowledge of network infrastructure hardware ie Switches routers wireless access points bull Prior experience managing a SharePoint farm environment and associates tools Have some knowledge of integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft and ThirdParty products bull Ability to backup and restore a SQL database through SSMS No query skills needed bull Provide application and system support for future builds and releases to include afterhour weekend and noncore hour support bull Creating and following standard processes plan effectively to complete tasks on schedule and clearly document results bull Monitor and complete daily file processing perform system backups examine log files and escalate identified issues to appropriate individual or vendor bull Analyze system failures replace or coordinate the replacement of failed equipment bull Excellent writing and communication skills are a must Prior experience documenting network infrastructures with Microsoft Visio as well as writing detail procedures with screenshots bull Create and provide application deployment documentation for end users and be able to train users effectively on the deployed application bull Two years prior experience with at least three of the following is necessary Cisco Nexus switches Cisco Call Manager Cisco IPCC Cisco Jabber and Cisco UCS bull Prior experience with NetApp SAN storage filers is a BIG plus bull Prior experience working will Dell servers are desktops is a plus bull Build upgrade and maintain server hardware in test development and production environments bull Assist in the development of project plans system concept of operations and briefings bull Provide system administration operations procedures installation procedures test procedures build reports and support transition to operations build releases bull In depth experience troubleshooting and administration of Active Directory and Group Policy bull Understanding of best practices in network architecture security design and ability to create detailed documentation and procedures bull Manage the organizationrsquos Mobile Device platform and wireless infrastructure within all AKF offices bull Maintains the IT backup systems in their entirety from procedural review to testing and disaster recovery and administers daily backups bull Perform other related responsibilities as required EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE bull 5+ years in system and network administration in a Microsoft environment bull 4+ years managing or developing on SharePoint (with at least two years on SharePoint 2010) bull Excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of Business Applications (ie Microsoft Word Excel Project Visio Helpdesk ticketing systems etc) bull Ability to proactively manage multiple projects prioritize assignments and meet deadlines bull Ability to communicate problems and solutions both verbally and in writing to customers and management bull Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems with speed and efficiency bull Ability to work closely with others in a small team environment bull Ability to handle confidential matters with a high level of integrity bull Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced environment bull Ability to work evenings and weekends as required bull Some overnight and local travel required bull Have own reliable transportation bull Ability to lift computers and materials up to 50 lbs Please send cover letter and resume with salary requirements to resumes2kidneyfundorg Visit wwwkidneyfundorg httpwwwkidneyfundorg for further details No phone calls please |
