| MASTERS DEGREE WITH HIGH GPA FROM A USA UNIVERSITY IS REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION Working as part of the Development and implementation team the Business Analyst (BA) supports the development and rollout of a variety of concurrent product development projects for his or her department working to ensure a timely and quality implementation The BA is focused on ensuring that products created match the business requirements and perform well under a variety of demanding scenarios Principal Duties and Responsibilities bull Work with business stakeholders to understand refine and document key requirements bull Analyze existing products decomposing them to infer business requirements and domain concepts bull Analyze Companys industry and competitive position within it bull Create product requirement artifacts including workflows screen wireframes and page copy bull Research new product trends and participate in the new product development process bull Define test conditions and create User Acceptance Tests bull Execute acceptance tests for completed product features to ensure quality and completeness including Ownership of functional and nonfunctional testing and signoff bull Recommend improvements and assist in changes to best practices bull Work closely with Product Manager and stakeholders on project priorities Experience bull Minimum 1 years business analysis experience at least 2 years of which are in web applications bull Exposure to software use test cases and software quality assurance processes bull Bachelors degree or equivalent experience bull Strongly Desired Good communication skills and prior SAP Experience Skills and Abilities bull MASTER DEGREE IN COMP SC ENGG MIS WITH 35 GPA bull JAVA C C++ NET UNIX IOS Andriod Operating SYSTEMS and DATABASES bull ORACLE ETL Informix HTML and Web exp bull Competent communication and presentation skills bull Fluent with Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook Exposure to MS Project bull Comfortable in a fastpaced development environment The following breakdown summarizes the types and frequency of activities typically performed by employees in this position It is not a guarantee of the actual distribution of activities to be performed |
