The Company A new era in roofing From our beginning in 2000 Tecta America embraced a new vision for the commercial roofing industry An industry where roof problems are viewed as business problems that need to be solvedndashquickly and effectively Where horticulturists work sidebyside with solar finance experts Where customers reduce longterm costs through lifecycle roof management Where strong manufacturer relationships lead to more options and the best solutions Where talented personnel around the country can be called upon for any emergency anywhere Where clients receive higher levels of quality professionalism safety value and overall satisfaction And from this foundation would emerge a new better kind of roofing company fully equipped to meet the demands of todayrsquos businesses A roofing company that would establish a new blueprint for success and lead the industry in the new millennium At Tecta America we are Roofing Redefined The CRM System Administrator will be a central onsite resource that will provide support for all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM This involves defining and implementing functional and technical requirements performing system configuration and integration and championing all related policies procedures and training The CRM System Administrator serves as the primary support for all local and regional team members in Sales Marketing AccountingFinance and Customer Service who depend on the CRM Dynamics and its supporting applications Your responsibilities will include A Global Sales and Marketing Automation Support 60 Create and generate Reports and Information Dashboards to measure progress of sales against initial business plans sales funnels MyDashboard etc Automate and refine the closedloop lead generation process Refine the marketing automation of lead nurturing campaigns via workflows Refine the automation of lead scoring in collaboration with the Marketing team Configure CRM to integrate with third party tools such as ExactTarget Google Analytics and web traffic Proposal Building Software Accounting System (NAV) MS Outlook etc Manage distribution lists and contact groups Track and quantify the impact and ROI of lead generation programs Regularly audit CRM to ensure that newly qualified leads are entered and converted according to established standards Work directly with sales teams to provide training and support to ensure timely progress tracking B Customer Service Automation Support 10 Routing and workflow develop workflow procedures to route service requests automatically to the appropriate representative for resolution escalation or reassignment Contract management Create process for maintaining service contracts within Microsoft CRM to help ensure accurate billing Integration with Phone System in collaboration with IT department establish process and workflows on integrating CRM with the Phone system to take Customer Service to the next level C General Support for all Teams 30 Communicate regularly with the Business Owners IT Leaders CRM Team and other stakeholders to ensure functionality meets field needs and to develop ongoing roadmaps and project plans Provide training to new and existing team members on new and enhanced features and functions of the CRM tools Define implement and support integration efforts between the sales and marketing applications as well as external applications such as ERP Business Analytics intranet (Sharepoint) and internet Perform data extracts cleansing uploads and updates Identify usage problems and work with team members andor vendor support to resolve those issues Manage all security settings and conduct regular securityconfiguration audits Spearhead Standard Operating Procedures SOPs for smooth and correct data entry in all tools Build and refine a framework for the testing and execution of automated processes Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Expert Microsoft Dynamics CRM skills Configuration Workflow development Project management Expert training and customer support skills Good team player (taking direction sharing knowledge) Enjoy working in small company environment where multitasking and ldquowearing many hatsrdquo is a key to succes 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration and deployment experience minimum Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and business professionals Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Customization Certification
