| Mike Albert Fleet Solutions is hiring for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join its team This position is responsible for testing software functionality usability and performance creating and maintaining project test plans cases and results and working collaboratively with teammates to coordinate and communicate changes in business processes and procedures Duties include but are not limited to Evaluates and tests new or modified software programs httpwwwcareerplannercomDOTJobDescriptionsQUALITYASSURANCEANALYSTcfm to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to establishment guidelines Able to research job aids or user practices to simulate production of new functionality Analyzes functional specs for completeness and testability Creates functional test plans and test cases Analyzes test cases failures clearly documents defects and assists programmers with problem resolution Recommends program improvements or clarifies business processes to programmers Verifies quality standards and test procedures are followed so that quality of applications httpwwwcareerplannercomDOTJobDescriptionsQUALITYASSURANCEANALYSTcfm is maintained Communicates test progress test results and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management Assesses readinessrisk of releases and project implementation Represents user interests and champions customer service and system integritydata quality Contributes to post implementation reviews provides feedback to improve service delivery quality Assists in the analysis of production problems records problem and does analysis on data and output to isolate problem suggesting target areas for developer analysis May conduct training or overview sessions for new employees or other departments Contributes to departmental standards and process improvement initiatives Additional duties as assigned Requirements 2+ years of experience in a similar role Associates Degree in a related field or comparable experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify define and prioritize defects for resolution Previous experience using platform and database technology and testing methodologies and techniques Software Test Engineer (CSTE) or Quality Analyst (CQA) certifications are preferred Experience with financial services or transportationleasing industry are preferred Mike Albert is an equal employment opportunity employer with a variety of benefits including but not limited to Health and Dental Insurance Paid holidays vacation and personal days STDLTD Life and ADD Tuition Reimbursement Interested candidates should submit their resume and compensation requirements to humanresourcesmikealbertcom mailtohumanresourcesmikealbertcom |
