| IDentity Theft 911 is seeking a selfmotivated midlevel skilled Java Developer who will be responsible for providing design analysis installation configuration and support of Internet Intranet and ecommerce applications and databases They will manage connectivity issues and communication protocols development and maintenance of new and existing web pages forms applications and development standards The desired candidate must be interested in working in a smallteam environment Key Responsibilities Ensures custom application website and ecommerce reliability and maintainability through proper design adequate testing coordinating documentation and project management Assumes responsibility for the design development implementation and support of the inhouse and web based applications and works closely with both staff and end users regarding systems performance and acceptability Detects resolves and follows up with existing and potential problems in Web Custom Applications databases and data exchange systems and software reports seriousness and recommends action with timely and complete activity and status reports Review evaluate and recommend policies and procedures to ensure that the information technology services being provided are of the highest quality and meet the needs of the business function being serviced Working with corporate Network Administrators and other programmers to evaluate and implement new technologies with regards to ecommerce website data bases data exchange and application development software as it relates to network operating systems network hardware including file servers and legacy applications Work with business managers to formulate network and data exchange enhancements and software plans that will support both current and future business objectives Work with Web Developer as required to expand and enhance CMS systems specifically as it relates to Sitecore and corporate websites Control the corporate application development software in terms of asset management licensing compliance change control metering and storage Recommend phasing in and out application development software including upgrades and additional purchases Maintain adequate application and software development security and change controls to ensure corporate data applications and documentation are safeguarded against loss damage or distortion due to errors or misuse Establish and maintain software development standards Ensures that complete and uptodate system documentation is maintained for all areas of responsibility Attends necessary meetings and informs staff promptly and properly regarding corporate and departmental policies procedures and standards ensuring their proper level of understanding and timely implementation Participates in approved professional associations and maintains industry contacts to ensure that the company is aware of and uses the most effective application development and data exchange technologies and techniques Requirements 35 Years experience in Javabased web development Java componentbased framework Hibernate experience J2EE application server experience JSF JPA Tapestry SEAM experience HTML CSS JavaScript AJAX GWT ndash Google Web Toolkit Proficient developing custom multiuser and web based ecommerce solutions Proficient with RHEL and PostgreSQL BS BA or BSE in computerrelated field Good verbal communication skills US work authorization required About IDentity Theft 911 IDentity Theft 911 is the nationrsquos premier consultative provider of identity and data risk management resolution and education services And although you may not know our name chances are you have access to the products and services we offer While our competitors take their products direct to consumers we blanket our identity management services to more than 175 million households and offer data breach services to more than 600000 businesses through brand names you recognize and trust like your insurance company bank or credit union or your employee benefits provider As we enter our 10th year in business yoursquoll find that wersquore an established company with the passion and drive of a startup enterprise We offer competitive salary 100 company paid health benefits 401K w match and generous paid time off policy Only local candidates are encouraged to apply as relocation is not provided No third party inquiries please |
