Job Description
| The Senior Technical Integrator is responsible for the implementation of Recommindrsquos Axcelerate eDiscovery applications Responsibilities Provide implementation and functional support for proprietary platforms including Evaluation of client IT environment for deployment Develop best practices for implementation practices Perform product deployment Resolution of technical issues Advice and explanation of functional and configuration options Prioritize and effectively manage customer requests Work closely and coordinate tasks with other members of the team Report and document details of technical and functional issues Update and draft technical and user documentation Explore and understand the business context in which Recommindrsquos products operate within the enterprise and the business challenges that accompanies its implementation in order to facilitate a successful implementation Position Requirements BS Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience 2 + years experience implementation and support with complex IT solutions 2+ years experience in at least one scripting language such as Ruby Python or Perl or experience in an object oriented language such as Java or C++ Familiarity with XML 1+ years experience and technical knowledge of MS SQL Server networking and Windows Server OS 2+ years direct experience with technical consulting and support to external customers Ability to comprehend and apply workflow and client functionality to products Capacity to develop quickly a deep understanding of customersrsquo business and technical environment Ability to relate technical or functional issues to both the technical and business environment of the customer Ability to express complex technical and functional concepts effectively both verbally and written Exceptional analytical skills Ability to travel minimum 35 Nice to have Experienced in Regular Expressions Experience with Enterprise Search Products Working knowledge of TSQL and MS SQL Database Administration Enterprise IT Support Background Experience in a law firm enterprise search or litigation support vendor Recommind Inc is the leader in predictive information management and analysis software delivering searchpowered business applications that transform the way enterprises government entities and law firms conduct eDiscovery enterprise search and information governance Recommindrsquos solutions automatically accesses organizes and analyzes large volumes of information in context from myriad sources Recommind customers include AstraZeneca BMW Clifford Chance DuPont Marathon Oil Morgan Lewis US Department of Energy (DOE) White Case and Wilmer Hale Recommind is headquartered in San Francisco and has offices in Boston New York Sydney London and Bonn Germany For more information go to wwwrecommindcom To apply please submit your resume along with a brief letter of introduction highlighting relevant experience Recommind is an equal opportunity employer Apply Here httpwwwClick2Applynetk8hmkc8 |
