| About Eliza Eliza Corporation is the pioneer and recognized leader in Health Engagement Management blending technology communication expertise and data analytics to drive healthy behavior change Drawing from more than 500 million interactions with consumers about their health Eliza makes health and healthcare information more accessible more actionable and more engaging This Parthenon Capital Partners portfolio company continues to experience significant growth has a solid financial foundation and has a customer list that includes some of the largest health care companies in the world Elizarsquos entrepreneurial culture promotes and rewards creativity initiative hard work collaboration and fun If you are highly motivated ambitious looking for a challenging and rewarding environment and the chance to be able to have a direct impact on a growing and thriving business Eliza is the company for you Position Salesforce AdministratorDeveloper Job Description The Salesforce AdminstratorDeveloper is responsible for leading the scoping ongoing administration of and training on applications in Elizas Salesforce platform Eliza currently uses Salesforce to track Leads Accounts Contacts Opportunities and Contracts as well as using Forcecom custom applications to manage Eliza team workflows and configuration of internal platforms Eliza is planning several large integrations and customization over the next year which will require technical leadership and guidance from the candidate Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to the following) Administration Perform basic administration of Elizas Salesforce instance Lead and support team administrators Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users Develop reports dashboards and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity Manage and implement best practices for creating and refreshing sandboxes and migration of datametadata Training and Documentation Develop training plans materials and documentation for end users keep materials up to date coordinate new user and going training sessions Manage and communicate a schedule for future releasesenhancements Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed (additional training sessions communication modifications or other resources) to improve Assist uses with report design and management Planning Communicate and manage the change process to develop and implement new applications and updates to existing applications Process Discovery and Management Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the database to support additional business processes or functions Custom Development Develop Visualforce pages Apex code and other Salesforce customizations as required Communicate and manage the quality assurance process for customizations Platform Integration Work with teams to integrate web and online initiatives with Salesforce Vendor Management Manage outsourced Salesforcecom implementation partners as required Manage ongoing relationship with Salesforcecom Other responsibilities as defined Key Skills Ability to administer Salesforce Ability to develop Salesforce customizations Data analysis manipulation and cleaning Understanding integration scenarios and design Strong documentation and training skills Interface with staff developing strategy as technical advisor Qualifications Excellent project management and communication skills Proven ability to work across the organization to understand and prioritize requests Experience with SFDC administration and implementation ( 5 years) Comfortable in a rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment Ability to work independently and in groups to solve complex problems Able to provide leadership and vision in the management and implementation of our Salesforce instance Eliza offers a competitive benefits package including PTO health insurance dental insurance 401k life insurance short term and long term disability |
