| Job Summary Responsible for interacting with internal customers in a professional manner in a support capacity and creating product enhancements and ensuring timely development and deployment of applicable and reliable IT services and solutions Candidate requires 2+ years handson experience designing solutions that utilize Microsoft NET Framework minimum of 2+ years handson administration and solution design experience with SharePoint 2007 Strong Experience designing and implementing custom web parts and other solutions alongside developers utilizing Visual StudioNETSharePoint Designer and leveraging the SharePoint object model Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit use hands to finger handle or feel reach with hands and arms and talk or hear The employee is frequently required to stand and walk The employee must regularly lift andor move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift andor move up to 25 pounds Job Duties bull Assist with the business analysis and design of SharePoint solutions bull Multitask multiple parallel projects and tasks can manage small projects bull Implement solutions using SharePoint InfoPath Workflow and related technologies bull Coordinates the analysistroubleshooting of systemapplication issues to determinereport root cause and encourage future prevention bull Documents issues complaints business requirements and enhancement requests bull Ensures effective and timely communication to business constituents on all issues ndash project status reported systemapplication problemsresolution etc bull Ability to deal well with the stresses and pressure associated with tight project timelines bull Willing to accommodate extended work hours to meet project timelines as occasion may require Knowledge Skills bull Experience analyzing business needs and owning small projects bull Excellent communication skills bull Knowledge and experience with softwaresolution development lifecycle bull Experience with MOSS 2010 System administration features and capabilities bull Experience designing and implementing solutions within the MOSS 2007 andor WSS environment bull Ability to work with developers to create solutions using NET technologies Education Experience bull Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent proven experience BS in Computer Science Information Systems or Business Management is highly desirable bull 35 years of industryspecific professional work experience with related technology bull Experience with MonaVies internal computers systems and software applications is desired |
