| CETECOM Inc is a leader in the wireless communications testing industry Our clients are some of the most wellknown and influential companies in this field both inside and outsideSilicon Valley We focus on emerging technologies such as GSMGPRS EDGE WCDMA LTE Bluetooth 80211x etc with test labs in US Europe andAsia Major Responsibilities Manage all aspects of testing projects and act as a primary interface to the client with respect to planning execution status reporting and completion Drive certification testing partnering with various crossfunctional teams Establish project objectivesscope schedules and budget while maintaining progress throughout to meet certain milestones Communicate test results to the customer andor network operator Identify potential roadblocks and create a resolution strategy Lead regular meetings and conference calls with internal teams and clients Use CETECOMrsquos TOM database for managing the conformance part of a project (test plan generation test results assessment test report generation) Input and maintain project information in Sales Force Generate and verify test reports Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously Job Requirements 12 years of experience in cellular technologies (GSMGPRSUMTS) with some demonstrable knowledge and exposure to device certification type approval specifications andor test systems 13 years of project management experience Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously Experience of industry certification schemes (GCFPTCRBRTTEFCC etc) and carrier compliance directives andor mobile devices highly desirable Strong written and oral communication skills Must be able to clearly communicate technical matters to various people within the organization The capability of working with minimal supervision as part of a multidisciplinary team Possess a strong work ethic and ownership of project with the desire to get the job done Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) or other technical degree preferred We offer competitive salary along with an excellent benefits package including 100 employer paid medicalvisiondentaldisabilitylife insurance 401(K) plan with matching tuition reimbursement a generous PTO plan paid holidays and more For consideration please submit your resume to HR hrcetecomusacom This is a full time position for our San Diego Location EOE |
