and incorporation into the daytoday responsibilities of Mondelez International (MDLZ) employees for the North America (NA) geographic region This position is also responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of SAP security for projects in the Americas and ongoing related SAP security operational transactions Key Accountabilities Include Implementation of the ISC program across the geography delivering continuous improvement with company Information Protection Policy and relevant regulations and for delivering information security solutions to protect the confidentiality integrity and availability of company information Reporting regularly to executive leadership teams on all matters concerning to the ISC program implementation within the region and ensuring alignement with goals deliverables and outcomes Implementing and supporting a best in class SAP security support service leveraging third parties fitforpurpose solutions and streamlined processes Providing direction and coaching to the NA ISCteam Specific Responsibilities Include Coordinates implementation of ISC programs across the geography Conducts andor ensures necessary ISC training has been completed for the region Establishes country security positions with responsibilities scaled to address business risk Implements SAP security for Americas projects and provides ongoing SAP security support services for the geography Oversight of information security architecture relevant roadmaps creation and maintenance Contributes to the creation of the global ISC strategy for the company Responsible for contributing to the design update and implementation of policies standards procedures guidelines etc Conducts risk assessments in conjunction with security governance group Ensures work relevant to regulatory requirements is completed within the geography (eg SarbanesOxley documentation testing and remediation efforts privacy etc) Communicates status of ISC initiatives throughout the geography and to management Understandsrepresents geographicspecific security and governance requirements ensuring linkage to appropriate business partners across the geography Develops an external network of security and controls contacts to ensure MDLZ awareness of best essential security practices for efficient short term executiondelivery and incorporation into strategic planning and direction Serves as the geographic point for security incident management Leads selected global security and controls initiatives 8+ years of experience in AuditInformation Security or another related functions Bachelors degree One or more information security certifications preferred (eg CISSP CISM CISA CRISC CIAPP etc) International experience preferred Multilingal (especially Spanish) a plus Proven interpersonal skills twoway communications skills (oral and written) ability to build relationships influence others work with a diverse internal stakeholder base Ability to handle multiple demands shifting priorities and ambiguous situations Strong systems aptitude demonstrated project management and planning skills balances strategic skills with tactical execution skills
