The Project Manager will lead virtual technical and creative teams in the delivery of high-end online eCommerce business solutions. Project Managers hold overall responsibility for project execution, project team performance, client management and client communication. Successful project management candidates must have demonstrated experience in the management of virtual teams/projects. Responsibilities Direct business strategy and objectives Facilitate client sessions and consensus-building activities Lead and deliver project deliverables across all phases of the Aydus Methodology Manage application requirements: scope, budget, and schedule Sell our services to grow our client’s revenue Experience/Skills 3-5 years of project (and client) management experience in internet applications development environments, specifically working with virtual teams Experience managing eCommerce projects a plus Exposure to a variety of Development Methodologies, including Agile/Scrum Proven track record of successful client management – strategically enhancing sales, discussing business strategy and objectives, gathering business and technical requirements, and maintaining proper project documentation Good understanding Analytics, A/B testing, design/usability and working knowledge of online marketing, SEO a plus.
