| PLEASE NO Calls No Recruiters No Contractors The nations most dynamic SharePoint Project Server consulting team is rapidly expanding throughout the United States and needs a Senior Project Manager or possible Director of Project Management to be part of our exciting growth We are a tight knit team employing only the best of the best This role will aid our team by being the lead PM to ensure resources projects and engagements are managed to the standards we pride ourselves upon The Senior Project Manager or Director of Project Management will be a remote home based position working with projects on Fortune 500 clients across the United States Our organization is built on empowering our team members and creating a path for success both personally and professionally This individual will engage in the most exciting SharePoint projects in the industry with SharePoint MVPs and experienced thought leaders This position will join our team as the leader of the PMO responsible for providing administrative and functional support to the organization and clients The SPM or Director of PMO will have experienced project managers working under them to execute delegated PMO tasks and assignments as needed Responsibilities The Senior Project Manager is the primary interface point with our clients during project engagements defining client requirements managing client communications ensuring client satisfaction and delivering projects within scope on schedule Drive the approach deliverable schedule and tools to deliver the project within established constraints Lead the PMO in project reporting scheduling and document preparation using Microsoft Project Project Server Develops and demonstrates an understanding of the clients business their needs expectations and requirements alongside the business account manager and additional leadership Communicates with the client team as well as any and all members of assigned project team Attends required meetings to capture decisions and action items Develops and demonstrates an understanding of the clients business their needs expectations and requirements Manage multiple projects and project teams of varying size and technical complexity Creating and maintaining project plans to track projects and maintenance items Run regular meetings with the team to review and prioritize maintenance items Provide regular formal and informal updates to both technology and business management Qualifications Strong risk management experience Project metrics reporting knowledge Excellent team building skills Team player Excellent Communication Skills verbal and written Ability to work with all levels in the organization Strong experience with the following communication planning issue management risk management planning processes project scheduling Ability to meet tight timelines Organizational skills Proactive on issues Strong presentationfacilitation skills Desired Skills PMP Soft Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) which should help you to put forth your view in crisp and concise manner Professional and consultative mindset with commitment for excellent customer service Ability to patiently explain the technology and products to customers Ability to come up with creative solutions for ambiguous problems Benefits Remote Home Office 100 Employer paid BCBS PPO insurance (health dental vision) Cell Phone and Internet covered expenses Paid time to spend towards volunteer work of your choice Performance based bonuses 23 weeks vacation per year Incentives Rewards 3 6 9 12 month reviews with promotion track plans and bonuses contests competency tests paid MST Conference reimbursed training paid etc (we work with you on your goals upon onboarding to take your personal preference into consideration) |
