| MPAY Software produces highend PayrollHR processing products for the payroll service industry Incorporated in 1996 MPAY Software is a privately held company which allows us to be innovative and flexible in todays marketplace Millennium our flagship MS Windows based product is being used by independent payroll providers across the country to produce tens of millions of checks each year MPAY Softwares web based application Payentrycom provides access to payroll data for thousands of employers and hundreds of thousands of employees MPAY Software is seeking a motivated individual to join our expanding development team and create new and innovative solutions for the Payroll and HR field As a senior software engineer you will be responsible for designing implementing and documenting new products and functionality as well as assisting in maintaining existing products Qualifications Work well in a team environment as well as individually Selfstarter who can approach a problem with a positive attitude Strong problem solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Responsibilities include Maintain support and enhance existing software Architect design and develop new software Provide technical leadership and guidance to senior management and to members of the development staff Advise supervise and assist other developers All other duties as assigned Required skills and Experience 5+ years experience designing and developing multithreaded applications using C++ MFC COM and ATL Strong database experience utilizing Microsoft SQL Server Experience designing and developing enterprise applications The ability to train and assist others Ability to work with others in a team environment is required Able to work autonomously and with excellent time management skills Excellent oral and written communication in conjunction with presentation skills If you are interested in becoming a member of our team please forward your Cover Letter Resume and Salary Requirements to DeveloperJobmpaycom Candidates should apply by email only no phone calls please No correspondences from placement agencies will be accepted or considered (MPAY is an equal opportunity employer) |
