| Since 1919 Halliburton has been opening Worlds of Opportunity around the globe We39re one of the world39s largest and most safetyconscious providers of oil field services Come in and explore your future Help energize the world One oil company at a time As a Halliburton Senior Information Technology Applications AnalystDeveloper you provide a high level of customer support in the software selectionapplications process You are often called upon to be the focal contact point for an application group of applications or specific customer group You must be trained and knowledgeable about all applicable software proprietary and thirdparty Take an active role in the developmentacquisition maintenance andor support of those applications in an assigned technology major system or functional area Put in the due diligence needed to find the right software that meets our requirements specifications and system designs needs You will also perform project setups analyses designs and the like for customers A bachelor39s degree in computer science Management Information Systems or engineering and a minimum of seven years experience in systems development andor applications support including analysis design programming product selection support andor maintenance are required The ideal candidate would have at least 6 years of SAP HCM handson experience configuring Personnel Administration and Org Management in a multiple country configuration environment Configuration for the US is a must You must have experience working in a configuration environment with many integration touchpoints including SAP Payroll FICO Supply Chain etc Other required skills include experience with fullcycle SAP implementations including requirements gathering planning and scoping application design configuration testing deployment and post golive support The candidate should also know how to design interfaces and conversion programs to and from existing systems and vendors including SAP and working with Microsoft Office and Active Directory The following are pluses bullExperience configuring ESS and MSS on backend and portalbullSAP Travel ExpensesbullSAP Time ManagementbullExperience with SAP eRecruitingbullKnowledge of SAP Query Ad hoc QuerybullExperience with SAP BWbullExperience with Business ObjectsbullExperience with Saba Learning Management SystembullAbility to read basic ABAP codebullExperience with HP Quality CenterbullBasic understanding of transports and transport managementbullExperience working with Oracle databasesbullGeneral HR business knowledge Halliburton is proud to be an equal opportunity employer |
