| Position Title ERP Specialist Department Information Technology Classification Nonexempt Status Fulltime Location Salt Lake City UT Reports to IT Manager Position Summary The position will require a strong business and technical background coupled with an ability to interact effectively with end users The successful candidate will use his or her business analysis skills and creativity coupled with problem solving ability to provide reporting tools dashboards application modifications support and maintenance in a fast paced growing business environment This team member will work closely with the accounting sales and executive teams Essential Functions Write and maintain financial distribution accounting sales and administrative reports using SQL Reporting Services Management Reporter FRx SQL Queries Excel and SmartList Builder such as forecasting and Inventory projections Provide technical support for Dynamics GP and CRM to all end users and act as a liaison between Finance Accounting Sales and IT to provide software solutions and reengineering services to streamline and automate manual processes Use standard tools such as eConnect and Scribe to support Dynamics GP and CRM interfaces Document analyze and map the integrations between different databases systems Reconcile and fix Dynamics GP and CRM data as required using standard SQL Server utilities Perform data analysis using SQL Queries Maintains database and application security and access control Keep detailed documentation on any system changes for SOx and audit requirements Create end user documentation materials quality processes and procedures Trains users in advanced use of Microsoft Dynamics GP and CRM Create dashboards and smart lists for operating managers in every department including automated distribution of reports and SharePoint integration Identifies and resolves technologyrelated system usability and performance issues Maintains system specifications scaling and configuration planning Assists in executing validation test plans Migrates content between Production and TestQA installations Acts as the Great Plains Dynamics GP support person for the entire organization Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity Regular consistent and punctual attendance Other duties as assigned ExperienceQualificationsSkills Candidates must possess strong MS SQL Server skills including MS SQL Reporting Services (SRS) and MS Dynamics GP and CRM Application Specialist with a minimum 3 years MS Dynamics GP and CRM applications experience SQL scripting experience and report writing experience required Experience using application development lifecycle methodologies Minimum of 3 years handson support and maintenance of MS Dynamics GP and CRM Experience in Dynamics GP integration tools and eConnect Application development using SQL XML Net Visual Studio ASPnet C and HTML Must be able to work both as part of a team and individually while adhering to project plans meeting deadlines and achieving project goals before assigned deadlines Must have strong technical and analytical skills Ability to resolve complex functional and technical related system issues Ability to mentor and train support team on the Dynamics GP technical support functions SharePoint Foundation and SharePoint Server (Portal) is a plus High school diploma or equivalent The physical requirements are common with those associated with a general office environment including standing and walking sitting for extended periods of time answer phone calls keyboarding bending and lifting up to 25 lbs ZAGG offers competitive compensation an attractive benefits package an onsite Fitness Facility as well as a highly energized and fun work environment If you are dynamic driven and have what it takes to join our exciting team please submit a current resume to HRzaggcom mailtoHRzaggcom and include the job title in the subject line |
