| Progressive Finance in Draper is looking for a Senior Director of Data Services The Senior Director Data Services role is a senior leadership position on the IT team reporting to the CIO The Senior Director Data Services is the single point of contact and buckstop for all data related tactical and strategic plans administration maintenance production issues scalability specifications and roadmaps They are the owner of and accountable for the projects SLAs asset tracking service quality client satisfaction uptime and partner relationships in their portfolio They lead the entire Data Services team on a daytoday basis The Data Services team consists of Database Administrators Database Engineers and others as required Minimum Qualifications Ten or more years combined experience in the fields of enterprise database engineering and administration Six or more years leadership experience in the field of enterprise database engineering Five or more years experience working with senior business leaders on a dailyweekly basis Five or more years experience performing merit reviews and compensation management Three or more years experience in IT strategic planning Expert level knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Enterprise Edition Expert level knowledge of SQL administration engineering and monitoring tools Expert level knowledge of designing constructing administering and maintaining data warehouses Expert level experience with databases in excess of 1 TB Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP database Masters degree or equivalent experience is required Demonstrated solid understanding of scalable technology architectures and processes Demonstrated ability to selfmotivate and be flexible within a fastpaced environment If you meet the above qualifications please apply online at httpprogfinancecom httpprogfinancecom Progressive has helped thousands of Retail Stores Merchants provide financing for their customers for over 13 years In todayrsquos challenging economic conditions we are leading the way in consumer financial assistance Progressive is headquartered in Salt Lake City Utah We have over 200 employees and are doing business in 46 states Apply online at httpprogfinancecom httpprogfinancecom |
