| Brake Parts Inc LLCAffinia Group is a global leader in the manufacture and distribution of heavy duty equipand automotive aftermarket parts Position is located at our BrakeParts corp office in McHenry We offer a challenging growthoriented business environment in which your ideas and initiative are valued Benefits Our total compensation package includes a competitive salary along with a full benefits package of health and welfare benefits with wellness incentivesincluding medical dental short and longterm disability coverages life insurances paid holidays and vacation flexible spending accounts tuition reimbursement 401K and onsite exercise facility In this position you will Support administer and monitor current implementation of Oracle EBusiness Suite R12 in both production and nonproduction environments including core DBA expertise Undertake installations upgrades migrations cloning and patch management of Oracle EBusiness Suite environments (Database and Application Server) Perform application and database tuning performance monitoring and investigate troubleshooting for various customers Administer Oracle 10g 11g databases for third party applications The position requires bullBachelorrsquos degree ITComputer Science or equivalent experence bull 5 ndash 10 years Oracle DBA experience of administration of multiple databases with at least 3 years Oracle EBusiness Suite Experience with version R12 bull Linux with Red Hat or Oracle Unbreakable Linux operating system bull Application and Database cloning for Oracle DB and Oracle Applications bull Multitiered server architecture experience bull RMAN backups and recovery knowledge bull Effective Disaster Recovery knowledge bull Ability to patch install and maintain Oracle EBusiness R12 Applications database and other Oracle products such as Oracle Grid Control managing agents and client software bull Work with global customer base as well as local US customer base bull Hands on with Oracle Enterprise Edition 10g and 11gR1 and 11gR2 database versions bull Application and database tuning expertise bull Experience with Oracle RAC 11g and Data Guard 11g bull Oracle Grid Control V10 or 12c Administrations bull Excellent oral and written communication skills bull Excellent organizational skills bull Strong attention to detail bull Must be able to exhibit tact and diplomacy and maintain effective professional relationships bull Ability to work independently and in a team environment bull Initiative to identify and propose new tasks projects bull Ability to keep multiple resources focused and on task Please apply at the Careers tab on our website AffiniaGroupcom or click on the link in this posting We invite you to include your salary expectations in your application |
