| NARS Inc located in St Charles Missouri is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician to assist in our growing company This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly qualified and selfmotivated Minimum requirements include 3+ years of experience in an IT Help Desk Support capacity and or an Associated Degree in a related field The right candidate will Supports all end users within the organization pertaining to a variety of daily issues Investigates and resolves software and hardware problems of computer users Additional responsibilities include Answers evaluates and prioritizes incoming telephone voicemail email and inperson requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware software networking and other computerrelated technologies Interviews user to collect information about the problem leads user through diagnostic procedures to determine source of issue Determines whether problem is caused by hardware such as a modem printer cables or telephone Handles problem recognition research isolation resolution and follow up for routine users referring more complex problems to a supervisor or technical staff Logs and tracks calls using problem management database and maintains history records and related problem documentation Prepares standard statistical reports such as help desk incident reports Analyzes and evaluates incident reports and makes recommendations to reduce help line incident rate Calls software and hardware vendors to request service regarding defective products Installs personal computers software and peripheral equipment Position requirements include Associates Degree in a related area andor 35 years of experience Excellent technical skills experience with Microsoft SuiteCRS Platinum CUBS 3rd Party Dialer Applications (Livevox TCN Global) ADP PGP Adobe Acrobat WinZip 7Zip Pidgin Remote Desktop Manager RD Tabs Exceptional problemsolving skills Benefits include an excellent salary a generous health insurance package including medical dental vision Life LTD and STD In addition we offer Paid Time Off and an excellent 401K plan Click on the Click Here to Apply button on this page to apply EOE MFDV |
