| Core Associates LLC is a virtual Floridabased software development company offering paperless solutions designed specifically for automating Accounts Payable approvals for clients in the Construction and Real Estate industries We are currently seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our growing team This is a contract position moving to fulltime with benefits after a 90day evaluation period The ideal candidate not only has an understanding of IT networks and SQL infrastructure but also has a strong focus on providing outstanding customer support and service in a timely manner Responsibilities include detailed and technical problem troubleshooting and analysis liaise with the nontechnical support and product development teams and the ability to work well with other associates to resolve all questions andor issue related to our applications Communicate with clients on problem resolution and status updates on support tickets and take part in regular support meetings Key Technical Skills Education Experience Requirements 25 years MS SQL Server support experience Strong working knowledge of clientserver and multitier architectures relational databases data analysis and database design Extensive experience in troubleshooting database and network problems to include connectivityperformance ODBC issues operating systems and servers Windows Operating Systems (server and workstation Active Directory Windows security server and network security firewalls antivirus) Bachelors degree (Computer Science or equivalent preferred) Additional experience a plus in Exchange server MS Access Sage Timberline Office installations Job Requirements Qualities Provide first level support to customers to resolve SQL Server issues including software installations and migrations Identify research and resolve technical issues and nontechnical issues working with the customerrsquos internal or external IT resources Document track and monitor support tickets within Help Desk software to provide prompt and accurate solutions to all client requests and inquiries Interact and work well within a team environment position reports to Client Services Manager Excellent problem solving troubleshooting and analytical skills strong attention to detail Excellent oralwritten communication skills extremely customerfocused and demonstrates patience when communicating with nontechnical customers Able to prioritize support related tasks and timelines as needed Selfmotivated focused organized and disciplined Initiates activity toward goals without unnecessary delay Comfortable working in a virtual environment must possess a good computer quiet place to work Internet connection 5 Mbps or higher Limited to no travel Additional duties may entail Maintaining and monitor corporate servers and workstations Liaising with QA Lead for virtual test environment setup configuration maintenance and support Acting as point of contact to the Core staffteam for internal IT support issues Acting as the Core point of contact for liaising with external IT company as required for additional IT support requirements Benefits Fulltime employees are eligible to participate in our health care and 401K programs Other benefits include The opportunity to learn about the construction property management and real estate industry Gain knowledge and experience in client service management and software development The chance to work for a growing virtual software development firm The opportunity to work in a collaborative productive and fun environment Please send resume and cover letter (as Word documents) to jobscoreassoccom mailtojobscoreassoccom Check out our website ndash wwwcoreassoccom for more information on what we do and what itrsquos like to work at Core httpcoreassoccomcompanycareerslifeatcore httpcoreassoccomcompanycareerslifeatcore |
