|middot Partners with HR and Payroll to create IT and support solutions that meet current and future needs of the Human Resources department middot Ensures HRPayroll integrity and troubleshoots routine data issues middot Trains HR and Payroll users on the use of various HRIS applications (eg JDE World and Kronos) middot Prepares reports for management internal and external auditors Legal department and Executives as needed middot Manages and creates HRIS reports and schedules and trains employees to run and filter these reports to meet their needs middot Performs data audits and works closely with HR Manager to ensure employee data is accurate in the system middot Coordinates with IT department to resolve technical issues in the system and supports HRIS upgrades patches testing and other technical projects as needed middot Provides routine functional support for HRIS system (ie Benefits Administration Payroll Process HRIS New HireMaintenance Process) middot Responds when specialized is required assistance with files file formats encryption and integrity of data from HRISPayroll system Requirements Experience Skills middot High level JDE HR systems experience is essential Experience in all HRPayrollBenefits areas including World Kronos Metrics reporting Compensation Benefits Data Management middot Proven proficiency in Visual Studio Microsoft Word Excel and Access middot Demonstrable analytical skills middot Proven experience in constructing delivering and enhancing JDE World HRPayroll systems middot Proven experience working with and troubleshooting multiple technology platforms middot Established HRPayroll process knowledge Salary History must be submitted with resume for consideration|
