| RJGInc has an immediate need for an experienced software application engineer RJG Inc is world renowned for its molding expertise sensor technology and training Our current system is written largely in C++ We are migrating our products to run on Linux with Web Interfaces The projects involve developing a new network based central system and interface as well a new OS and interface for our dedicated data acquisition systms Our products inlcude proprietary softwarehardware and sensors used in the manufacturing of plastic parts Our system is used to prevent bad parts from reaching the end user Our strategy consists of monitoring the mold and machine equipment with our sensors The sensor information is then collected by our data acquistion system to help contain parts improve the process or troubleshoot molding issues The data is then collected on our central server via Ethernet where the user can monitor an overview of the entire plant complete post process analysis of the data troubleshoot past issues or generate reports The ideal candidate will have experience with Java Web Tools Google Web Tool Kit Linux HTML5 Android andor Iphone Application Development C++ TCPIP Networking Implementing and Using Software Version Control systems and procedures Agile Product Development andor Lean Product Development The position also requires Strong troubleshooting skills Excellent code documentation and testing skills Self direction Team Work Ability to translate customer needs into solutions We offer excellent benefits Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance for the employee and family Dental Insurance for the employee and family Paid Vacation Time Paid Holidays 401K Retirement Plan with 50 Match Quarterly Profit Sharing We work hard to maintain our culture and the happiness of our people Our current software engineers have been with RJG an average of 10 years We have a lot of fun at work while maintaining a strong work ethic It is hard to decribe our culture in a sentence or two It may suffice to say that culture is the top item on the agenda for our annual vision and strategy meetings Please send a resume and cover letter for our consideration |
