| POSITION OBJECTIVE The Enterprise Architecture will lead the cross functional analysis of ARAMARK Uniform Services (AUS) Enterprise Business and Information Technology requirements to deliver efficient secure and elegant solution designs meeting Aramarks business needs The Enterprise Architect will work with stakeholders across organizational and computing silos to drive common approaches and expose information assets and processes across the enterprise The Enterprise Architect will deliver system designs and integration methodologies SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the overall architecture design and roadmap for business system capabilities across the enterprise including ERP HR Finance Supply Chain Middleware and other business applications Provide oversight and leadership to application and infrastructure project teams to insure design approaches follow designated models and best practices Influence business unit group and corporate leaders on change requirements to support business and IT transformation initiatives Create and maintain IT investment strategies in alignment with critical business needs for information systems supporting each functional business area Conceptualize and develop endtoend solution strategies using reusable components and frameworks for Cloud and Mobility in the enterprise Oversee vendorproduct evaluations benchmarking and prototyping to better meet business initiatives Remediate and manage application for upgrades scalability high availability and disaster recover Manage the tracking of technology trends conceptualizing new enterprise solutions components enhancements and actively manage the enterprise 3 year technology roadmap Performs other duties as assigned or requested REPORTING STRUCTURE The Enterprise Architect reports to the Vice President of Information Technology EDUCATIONCERTIFICATIONS A High School Diploma A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field with advanced degree preferred Oracle Enterprise Architect Certification desired EXPERIENCE Six plus years of experience leading Enterprise Architecture function in a major enterprise Experience developing technology architecture business intelligence and data analytics strategies Experience designing and deploying Oracle Application and Fusion Middleware solutions in large enterprises Experience with planning architecting and delivering missioncritical multitiered enterprise grade applications and systems Experience in guiding buybuild decisions distributed systems system design and development Experience in the textile andor garment industry is preferred but not required KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES Proven knowledge of Enterprise and Information Architecture Strong background and demonstrated knowledge of SOA and objectoriented analysis and design Ability to apply multiple technical solutions to business problems Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies Experience in the design and construction of information architectures that enable wellintegrated transactional collaborative and analytical systems Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise IT processes and service management concepts (eg ITIL) Expertise in delivering highquality innovative applications to run in a virtualized environment Experience with functional analysis and architectural modeling methods including business process and logical data modeling Experience establishing enterprise architecture and integration standards for IT systems A good practical understanding of Webbased application development platforms Excellent critical thinking and analysis skills in an enterprise environment Experience with modern software development methodologies with emphasis on IT process automation software hardware architecture and infrastructure design and development Strong project management and resource allocation skills including ability to track and manage numerous activities balance competing priorities and meet tight deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to clearly articulate complex technical issues to all
