Our IT Strategy & Enterprise Architecture consultants help our clients understand, plan for and realize the strategic business opportunities presented by information technology. This high performing team plays critical roles in multi-disciplinary business strategy teams, in the design and realization of high-performing IT organizations and through the definition of business-driven enterprise architectures. Position/Program Requirements Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates experience and knowledge of risk and business continuity management in one or more of the following areas: assessment of risks, development of business impact analysis, recovery strategies, business continuity plans, disaster recovery plans, and crisis management plans.
Demonstrates experience and knowledge of developing testing and maintenance of business continuity plans and programs.
Demonstrates experience and knowledge of developing business operational processes, informational technology, emergency management, logistics, finance and accounting. Desired Certification: Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Project Management Professional (PMP)
Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates experience managing and delivering the following: -Emerging Enterprise Data Management, -Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, -Data Modeling, -Data Integration and Synchronization, -Design and Build of Data Warehouses, -Data Distribution, Reporting and Business Intelligence Solutions -Data Retention, Lifecycle, Standardization and Taxonomy -Enterprise Data Management Policies, Procedures, Compliance and Risk Management
Demonstrates considerable experience identifying and addressing clients needs; building, maintaining and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement, communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.
Demonstrates extensive experience as a team leader; supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation and coaching staff including timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
