As a Senior Business Analyst within our Pharmacy Finance group, you will be responsible for designing and delivering analytics and reporting of pharmacy and medical claims. You will forecast costs and utilization trends and create financial modeling using claims and other health care data.
Additional responsibilities for this position include but not limited to the following:
•Analyze benchmarking data, reports, processes, and measurements
•Develop/document business, analysis and reporting requirements
•Evaluate and prioritize data changes and enhancements

•Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business
•4+ years of business experience with emphasis in financial analysis or other analytical functions
•Proficient in computer and analytical tools such as SAS, SQL, and MS Office, especially in MS Excel
Preferred:
•Ability to interact effectively with different business units, team members, and external client at all levels
•Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive results
•Desire to make an impact, manage multiple tasks and shift priorities quickly
•Strong communication skills, written and verbal
