| COMPANY OVERVIEW Bradford Company is seeking an innovative Application Developer to join its team in Holland Michigan Bradford Company is a manufacturer of packaging products and material handling systems We provide expertise and high quality solutions to some of the largest companies in the world We are seeking to hire a bright and highly motivated Application Developer to develop modify and implement information systems to support new and existing global business needs The successful candidate will be involved in a diverse set of projects including the reimplementation of a missioncritical system JOB DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES Performs all aspects of software development including system analysis programming debugging and deployment to Windows and Linux operating systems Constructs relational databases coordinates data integration and tunes SQL queries for optimal system performance Consults with our Enterprise Resource Planning software vendor to facilitate upgrades system enhancements and integration with custom software REQUIREMENTS Candidates must be able to effectively communicate at all levels of the Company and have organizational project management skills A Bachelorrsquos Degree in Computer Science (BS) from a fouryear college or university with at least two years of application development experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required Other requirements include Experience with Microsoft C and ASPNET Clear understanding of serverside software issues such as scalability performance and reliability in web applications Desire to work in a fun fastpaced dynamic collaborative creative and innovative environment Android development experience is desirable but not required Experience with one or more modern web frameworks (Ruby on Rails Django Grails etc) would be beneficial The Company provides an excellent compensation and benefits package including health dental life ESOP bonus plan short and long term disability 401(k) and much more No phone calls please Visit our website at httpwwwbradfordcompanycom httpwwwbradfordcompanycom for more information |
