| Basic Requirements Experience with MicroStrategy reporting tools Experience with a wide variety of RDBMS technologies (Oracle SQL Server Teradata Netezza DB2) Experience using data movementetl tools such as Informatica Ab Inition SSIS IBM Websphere Strong data profiling skills (SQL skills a must) Able to lead others and have strong communications skills Strong analytical problem identification and solving skills Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills Bachelorrsquos Degree preferably in computer science or related technical field 57 years of experience in business intelligencedata warehousing Preferred Qualifications Business Intelligence Data Warehouse experience strongly desired Experience architecting designing developing and deploying data warehouse data mart reporting solutions Experience managing unit QA and performance testing including developing test plans test scripts execution issue tracking and defect resolution Experience leading JAD sessions with the business sponsorend users to understand and document requirements Understanding of business intelligence and data warehousing concepts (InmonKimball) designs and usage of data warehouses and data marts Experience working with business sponsor to ensure BIDW efforts meet business requirements Collaboratesupport Project managersolutions architect in the management of project tasks and activities Ensure project activities are results oriented performance driven and conform to best practices and process Employ analytical conceptual and creative thinking skills to improve the overall business experience using the tools developed Effective oral and written communication skills Mentoring of junior staff members Web development experience a plus (Java Net) |
