| An Operations Analyst I at Sunflower Bank will provide escalated support to the Operations staff working off of a foundation of previous banking operations experience and knowledge of products systems and services The right candidate will have highly complex problemsolving skills and the analytical ability to see where processes can be improved Additional duties are Oversight of the deposit service charge plans and Analysis (including creating and maintaining fees as well as researching and resolving any issues) Understanding the regulations that govern internet banking wire transfers ACH and ATMPOS disputes Dedication to accuracy and timelines in providing research support and issue resolution Responsibility for ongoing special projects to advance the Deposit and Loan Operations areas as well as the Bank Participation as requested in the implementation of new products and services as well as the support of existing services Assistance in or leadership of the development refinement and implementation of tracking research and other functional procedures A mastery of DATA Warehouse and the ability to be instrumental in converting queries and implementing processes to best utilize DATA Warehouse in Deposit and Loan Ops daily weekly monthly and yearly processes Responsible to master Data Warehouse and convert create and implement processes to best utilize Data Warehouse in Dep Ops Assist in the development refinement and implementation of new products and services as requested Assist staff by providing escalated research and issue resolution Responsible for special projects as requested by supervisor andor department head Management and coding of CAMPlus account level maintenance Understand Deposit Express Merchant Express Sweep Coding and Lockbox Services Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers Must be able to work flexible hours Must have valid drivers license Must be bondable |
