| Position SummaryDOA supervisor is responsible for overseeing entire DOA process and closely monitor performance Identify issues drive corrective actions and implement process improvements Manage to work efficiently with 3rd party company to meet the target production outputs in timely manners Common Essential Duties And Responsibilities In this position either directly or through others the incumbent will Manage entire DOA process daily from incoming shipment process to return finished shipment to customers Should be capable of resolving issues and find opportunities for process improvements Ability to plan and allocate resources to meet the TAT ( 5days) to complete the each and every shipment Take the lead to communicate with customers and internal accounting teams to investigate and resolve RMA qty and credit amount discrepancy adjustment Drive weekly conference call with HQ for DOA return reduction review status of DOA status identify new issues and implement corrective actions Support HQ return reduction teams onsite visit for defective units analysis tool modifications and improvements and corrective action implementation Ability to manage 3rd party to comply with objectives and goals of STA BackgroundExperience To qualify for this position the following minimal background and skill levels are required A Bachelorrsquos degree from an accredited college or university Previous experience in wireless technical background andor management experience are preferred English and Korean bilingual is required Very strong leadership is required Necessary SkillsAttributes The following skills and abilities must be demonstrated at a proficient level Ability to understand the company goals and objectives and develop plans for achievements Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with all appropriate levels within and outside the company Ability to manage plan organize assign schedule and prioritize multiple work assignments and projects as directed to achieve company objectives Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames Must be analytical and process oriented with the ability to utilize data for strategic improvements |
