| This is an amazing opportunity for a Technical Lead Principal Engineer to join a growing team of talented engineers and make a major impact on the technical direction of our product You will have the best of both worlds join a software startup that has a real product real customers and a rock solid financial picturehellip and the opportunity to work on some cool technology at a company with a ton of growth potential You will have the ability to materially contribute to all phases of the software lifecycle especially design and implementation And you will have the opportunity to lead as well as code This position is ideally suited for an experienced talented selfmotivated software engineer who has a track record of success as a technical lead wants a major voice in the direction of our product and wants to get in on the ground floor of a company that could (will) pop This position reports directly to the VP of Engineering We pay well have great benefits and reward hard work And we have fun Requirements include Extensive knowledge of Virtualization and Storage technologies 10+ years of commercial software development experience Solid OO design skills Experience with large scale enterpriselevel systems Proven ability to write technical artifacts (whitepapers as well as designs) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Passion for elegant designs and technical excellence Track record of delivering welldesigned robust and scalable software BS or MS in Computer Science or a similar engineering field Should have a working knowledge of Linux File systems Networking net framework technologies Engineering best practices especially AgileSCRUM Nice to haves Microsoft Exchange 2007+ Windows Internals Volume Shadow Copy |
