intergration from an administrative project management design and implementation perspective as well as end user support Specific responsibilities include Manages key functional area projects and communications serving as advocate and professional internal consultant to designated functional areas Serves as primary point of Information Technology contact for Business Intelligence using the SAP Business Objects (BOBJ) environment Also provides ERP EDI reporting analysis and process improvement for the business areas of focus as assigned Responsible for developing agreed upon best practices assessing functional needs of the assigned business areas to support continued growth of the business while minimizing costs Develops and documents processes manages support and works on continuous process improvement projects with key teams Responsible for ongoing support and training within key focus areas while providing secondary support for other business areas in support of the team Responsible for requirements gathering design implementation support and upgrade of BI software Acts as the liaison between business units and the information technology department for BI needs directly related field supporting functional business processes and needs through ERP Business Intelligence database and reporting development or other technology toolsets General knowledge of key business areas for a high technology manufacturingdistribution company Familiar with barcode technology OLAP cubes data warehousing and Citrix Strong command of the SAP Business Objects (BOBJ) Environment including the role of DataServices Universe Design Tool Web Application Services and Analytics and Dashboards Experience with Gentran EDI Gateway SQL MySQL SAP Business Objects Crystal Reports and Excel Prior experience implementing and supporting enterprise applications is helpful MS SQL Server 20052008 using standard and other advanced tools such as CLR programming SQL Reporting
