Job Description
| -Facilitate, lead and execute test planning, execution and reporting for all phases of testing. - Analyze requirements, rules and specifications for test components and develop into strategies, plans and cases. - Create, execute, monitor and report on test strategies, plans, case coverage and cases for all types of software testing. - Create, execute and monitor a test calendar. - Ensure traceability of requirements through collaboration with the technical teams. - Collaborate with technical team leads through the planning and implementation phases. - Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner. - Creates change requests with supporting analysis and alternatives. - Create and estimate work breakdown structures and plans. - Create Data Conversion & Cleansing Strategies and Plans - Create, maintain and manage test team(s) schedules. - Mentors Customer Resources. - Creates knowledge transfer documents for Customer resources. - Uses Customer processes and templates where applicable. Test Lead - Skills and Experience - Self-motivated individual with expertise in medium - large projects that can take on the Test Lead role with confidence and little guidance other than the customer logistical areas. - Minimum five (5) years experience in leading Test Teams greater than five (5) team members. - Minimum five (5) years of lead experience working on large projects (50 people or more). - Experience in Telco business processes. - Experience in Test Planning, execution and reporting. - Minimum five (5) years experience with HP Testing Suite - Minimum two (2) years experience with automated test script creation, execution and maintenance - University degree in Administration or Commerce or Engineering or Computer Science or other post secondary education acceptable to customer |
