| Renovo Software is a leading developer of software solutions for the video communications industry Renovo designs develops and supports software solutions that schedule automate and manage complex video networks Applications include video visitation courtroom arraignment distance learning telemedicine and business videoconferencing Renovo has immediate openings for customeroriented support and project representatives to join our support team in Edina MN Renovo Software is a fulltime Technical SupportProject Technician at this time Duties and Responsibilities Provide technical support of Renovo products for customers business partners and internal employees Accurately document record technical support calls and events (Call receipt documentation entry tracking followup escalations and reporting) Test andor setup of server and client software installations test platforms and equipment Participate in technical aspects of installation and upgrade projects for new and existing customers working with both Renovo partners and enduser customer personnel Plan install and support software upgrades on customer servers and networks Participate in oncall support rotation schedule for offhours support Linux experience SQL or other DB expertise Server experience Telephone email and handson technical troubleshooting skills Good verbal and written communications skills Team player with the ability to work independently and cooperatively with others Requirements Education Candidate should possess a 2year technical degree or equivalent experience Benefits Renovo Software offers a competitive salary and benefit package including Bonus Plan 401K Plan Profit Sharing Health Insurance Dental Insurance To learn more about our Company please visit us at wwwrenovosoftwarecom httpwwwrenovosoftwarecom |
