| LEAD TECH SERVICES SPECIALIST The candidate for this position will focus on managing tasks being the team lead on technical projects (such as PC upgrades) software upgrades and the installation of shared networkbased applications Other responsibilities will include ensuring proper and efficient operation of technology systems licensing management and oversight along with metrics and dashboard measurement A high school diploma is required along with a bachelors degree in computer science computer information systems business administration or a related field The candidate must have significant knowledge related to technology support and solution based skills A minimum of 5 to 7 years experience is required in systems technology The ability to brainstorm and troubleshoot with others to ensure the correct resolution of equipment and software issues are completed is a must EOEMFDV |
