POSITION TITLE Network Administrator Security Specialist STATUS FullTime Salaried LOCATION Akron Ohio POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for overseeing the Agency networking and server infrastructure as well as all enterprise related software systems and database maintenance needs Installs maintains and supports computer communication networks within Oriana House Inc and between other affiliated organizations Maintains all related documentation and records This job combines the duties of Network Administration System Administration Security Email WANLAN and some database administration Successful candidates will have working knowledge and experience installing configuring supporting and maintaining Microsoft 20032008 Servers and Active Directory in an enterprise environment Microsoft ISA Server Microsoft SQL Server 2000 through 2008 Microsoft Exchange 2007 and later IIS server enterprise backup systems such as Symantec and Veritas server virtualization implementing VMware ESX iSCSI SAN systems enterprise AntiSpam and AntiVirus implementations Additionally candidates will have working experience with the planning installation configuration and maintenance of networking equipment such as switches routers VPN appliances firewall appliances DSL and fiber interfaces preferably Enterasys and Cisco EMPLOYEE BENEFITS (Salaried) ANTHEM PPO plus prescription card 20000 TERMLIFE INSURANCE POLICY LONGTERM DISABILITY INSURANCE (60 of lost income on 91st day of disability) VACATION HOURS 120 hours (15 days) per year (accrue at rate of 10 hours per month) to a maximum of 600 hours PERSONALSICK HOURS 80 hours (10 days) per year (accrue at a rate of 672 hours per month) to a maximum of 400 hours (50 days) HOSPITAL HOURS 96 hours (12 days) per year (accrue at a rate of 8 hours per month) to a maximum of 288 hours HOLIDAYS eight paid holidays TUITION REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM (must be employed for one year) EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP) RETIREMENT PLAN 403(b) DENTAL PLAN (Employee paid) FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS (FSA) DISCOUNTED MEMBERSHIPS TO PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or equivalent required Bachelorrsquos degree in related field preferred andor commensurate level of enterprise experience MCSA preferred Must understand advanced switching fabric SAN architecture Must have experience with VMWare ESX server products and have demonstrated experience in client server networking VCP preferred Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have the ability to effectively work with Agency employees and outside contacts Must have one of the following certifications CCNP CCDP or CCSP Minimum five (5) years experience with all aspects of Network Operations Support in depth knowledge of LAN WAN WiFi and VOIP architectures and related diagnostic tools Must have a high level of proficiency in switching and routing firewall and wireless technologies Indepth knowledge of Data Center and Enterprise class infrastructures required Proven experience in designing and maintaining complex LAN environments including wireless and VoIP Valid driverrsquos license and a driving record that does not preclude the employee from being covered by Agency liability insurance Must have the ability to effectively work with Agency employees outside contacts and a diverse client population SALARY RANGE 4000000 7001280
