We thrive on the ideas and perspectives generated by a diverse workforce. Savantage Solutions currently has an opening for a Training Manager to support our Defense Logistics Agency client. We are currently supporting Enterprise Funds Distribution (EFD) for DLA. The objective of EFD is to increase visability, auditability, and efficiency in the management of distributed funds and Congressional Actions. The Training Manager will: Manage the end-to-end training process to include, but not limited to: Develop training plans, including high-level role-based needs assessments, organizational training schedules for initial, delta, and sustainment training Develop training materials, including but not limited to CBT/online courses, training manuals, quick-reference guides, job aids, and other appropriate training tools Develop internal team training that supports timely and thorough integration of new hires Execute training events, including outreach, logistics, and documentation Deliver training in a classroom environment Deliver training in a virtual environment through video conferencing, online meetings, or other similar delivery vehicles Conduct helpdesk support, to include as-needed refresher training Conduct Testing events Develop, review, and review test scripts Conduct research for configurations, etc. Document, analyze, and report test results Support acquisition process progress reviews (e.g.; configuration boards, design reviews, readiness reviews, etc.) Support Release Management to include, but not limited to: Conduct Testing events Develop, review, and review test scripts Conduct research for configurations, etc. Document, analyze, and report test results Support acquisition process progress reviews (e.g.; configuration boards, design reviews, readiness reviews, etc.) Required Skills Use of common industry software and techniques to create CBT, online courses, etc. is required Strong verbal and written communication skills are required Ability to work independently is required Certifications in technical training, train the trainer (T3), or similar are strongly desired Experience Required Experience using and training in the Momentum Financials environment is strongly desired; Training on the Budget Execution or Performance Budgeting modules is a significant plus Significant experience with DOD (preferred) or Federal Agency(ies) is strongly desired Deep and broad experience in software training is required Training experience with common IT tools (e.g., MS Office, Windows, Web, etc.) is strongly desired Process documentation and diagramming experience is strongly desired Graphics editing experience is strongly desired Savantage Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer
