| NCH Corporation ndash Oracle Functional Analyst NCH Corporation has an outstanding opportunity for an Oracle Functional Analyst to see multiple manufacturing (OPMODM) projects through their full life cycle With 13 diverse business units operating in 55 countries NCH is implementing Oracle to support manufacturing on a global basis Main project responsibilities are to drive the Oracle upgrade from 115102 to R12 Financials Warehouse and Manufacturing This role requires a broad range of Oracle expertise with particular experience in inventory management warehouse and manufacturing modules and concepts across Oracle SCM 11i release 115 102 and upgrade to Oracle Release 12 past implementation experience and strong business interaction We offer a diverse set of projects a range of opportunities for career advancement and a culture that recognizes results yet embraces the importance of worklife balance Join our Information Technology Team as an Oracle Functional Analyst where our future begins with you Responsibilities ndash Develop the target Oracle solution and deployment strategy and to drive successful execution Determine requirements by assessing current warehouse and manufacturing functions interviewing client personnel reviewing documentation facilitating working sessions Develop strong understanding of the business requirements and objectives in order to drive functional design document the software gaps and formulate solutions Develop detailed system and program specifications create the business models and business requirement scenarios Create technical design based on functional solution design Assist in driving data conversion activities interface planning operational planning and requirements Develop the current teamrsquos Oracle skills Skills ndash Bachelorrsquos degree 610 years of total experience in Oracle 11i and R12 Experience in upgrade from 11i to R12 environment Extensive experience in customer interfacing Strong communication skills with the ability to lead projects and present information to in front of large groups At least 2 full cycle Oracle implementations Expert in Advanced Supply Chain Planning Manufacturing Costing and Inventory Mastery of concepts of Quality Purchasing Inbound Logistics and Outbound Logistics ODM OPM Expertise a WMS rules engine expert (put away pick and cost) having extensive knowledge with work orderless completions assembletoorder and shipping Strong understanding of Order Management Expert in warehouse management OWM and manufacturing modules ODM and OPM Oracle Shipping and Oracle Work in Process Oracle related technical skills Ability to develop teamrsquos Oracle skills with a functional emphasis Highly selfmotivated with keen attention to detail and very goal driven NCH Corporation offers a full suite of benefits employee development and recognition programs and a convenient location with a fitness facility and restaurant located within our campus Equal Opportunity Employer |
