| Job Summary Serve as an interface between the technology division and collegewide stakeholders to facilitate strategic execution and assessment of enterprise systems projects of the Strategic Project Execution team Acts as a liaison and resource to IT project owners throughout the college Provide guidance to strategic project owners and functional IT project managers in developingtracking project timelines developingreporting key metrics and coordinating with other areas within the college on just in time staff development and coaching needs formal training and communication Interface with Business Intelligence systems to develop scorecard and dashboard applications for project support This position is also responsible for evaluating project timeline progress as well as success tracking to key metrics determining when a project may be at risk and development of ldquojust in timerdquo corrective measures to facilitate project success Minimum Requirements A Bachelorrsquos degree from an accredited institution in information technology technology management or related field A minimum of 5 years fulltime professional work experience in enterprise systems project management and business intelligence systems applications development Experience with PeopleSoft functional business analysis andor technical applications programming and applications development preferred An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job may be acceptable in lieu of those requirements listed above Knowledge of PeopleSoft Enterprise Systems SharePoint databasefile server design and administration including knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft SQL Must be skilled in functional and technical systems design and support Ability to work with a minimum of supervision Skills in project management Ability to function as a lead worker over other technical staff High level of verbal and written communications skills |
