| Company Description Peak Performance a privately held company is a major national provider of measurable Customer Retention solutions for the automotive industry PEAK is the industrys partner of choice providing multichannel CRM solutions for dealerships We provide customized costeffective and innovative solutions for customer retention including subscription programs email and text messaging and includes a staff of dedicated customer care representatives Peak Performance offers CRM solutions to over 2500 automotive retailers and has been the exclusive provider for the Lexus RSVP program since 1996 Job Description Under the supervision of the Software Development Manager this position is responsible for designing and developing Microsoft NET Code developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM (MSDYNCRM) solutions testing program logic providing program documentation and preparing software for operation This individual will also be responsible for structuring and enhancing the NET development environment for the development team using Visual Studio as well as contributing to and defining development best practices Codes tests debugs documents and installs modified and new NET software for web MSDYNCRM and middletier applications Works within specifications provided to meet programming assignment goals and objectives in a timely and accurate manner Utilize the Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server platform to establish and help enforce proper development processes Takes independent action to correct problems encountered during systems operations within authority level granted by the Software Development Manager Maintains integrity of program logic and coding and establishes required checks and balances for operational controls Maintains uptodate knowledge of computer operating procedures and operating standards Assists in studying and analyzing data processing functions methods and procedures and makes recommendations concerning the feasibility of revising existing programs or adapting new applications to data processing operations that will more effectively utilize IT resources Produce procedural and project documentation as required Desired Skills Experience Intermediate level knowledge of Visual Studio NET Architecture Team Foundation Server (Team System) and CNET and ASPNET programming languages Visual Studio Team Foundation Server(TFS) Microsoft Reporting Services Microsoft Dynamics CRM Ability to think logically for analyzing problems assigned or encountered Good interpersonal communication skills Ability to work with limited supervision Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment EOE |
