| SYSTEMS ANALYST (UTILITY BILLING) The City of Chandler is a vibrant and diverse community of over 200000 residents located in the southeastern section of the Phoenix metropolitan area Chandler currently has a job opening for a Systems Analyst We are seeking an experienced professional to assist in the development of and coordinate departmental use of automated systems implement and monitor systems develop and maintain business applications analyze user needs and develop specifications for multiple and interrelated computer systems This position will provide City Departments with technical assistance to improve andor enhance business process applications Additionally this position will facilitate requirements gathering for commercial package configuration and custom development analyze design and deploy systems while ensuring crossfunctional needs of various city departments This position will also work with business teams to clarify application requirements procedural needs and priorities within and between departments This position will be responsible for applying independent judgment discretion and analysis in coordinating developing and designing computerized information system solutions to problems in order to meet expanding or changing business requirements This position requires Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related degree and Five (5) years experience in systems application analysis and programming utilizing a variety of hardware and software systems and programs The ability to perform the following is also desired Program using multiple languages C NET SQL Plus PLSQL Three (3) years experience in the development and support of Billing Software Preferably experience using Advance Utility Systems or Hansen Salary 66764 to 93446 annually Apply by 011313 |
